OpenFullNode 服务条款 OpenFullNode Terms of Service

一、总则 1. General

欢迎使用 OpenFullNode（以下简称“本平台”）。本服务条款（以下简称“本条款”）是您与北京富诺得科技有限公司之间就使用 OpenFullNode 平台及其提供的各类服务所订立的法律协议。使用本平台即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本条款的全部内容。 Welcome to OpenFullNode (the “Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Beijing Funuode Technology Co., Ltd. regarding your use of the Platform and all related services. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

二、服务内容 2. Scope of Services

1. 本平台提供面向全球 Web3 开发者的区块链节点加速、访问优化与企业级定制节点服务。 The Platform offers blockchain node acceleration, access optimisation, and enterprise-grade dedicated node services for global Web3 developers.
2. 服务包括但不限于：节点接入、性能监测、延迟优化、专线接入及数据传输加速。 Services include, but are not limited to: node connectivity, performance monitoring, latency optimisation, dedicated line access, and accelerated data transport.
3. 平台不提供数字货币托管、交易、兑换或其他金融性质服务，不涉及任何具体币种或去中心化协议。 The Platform does not provide cryptocurrency custody, trading, exchange, or other financial services, nor does it engage with specific tokens or decentralised protocols.
4. 用户可根据实际业务需求选择不同级别或定制化的服务方案。超出约定用量的部分，按照平台公布的超额计费标准执行。 Customers may choose service tiers or customised plans according to their operational needs. Usage beyond the agreed allowance will be billed according to the published overage pricing.

三、账户与使用 3. Accounts & Usage

1. 用户需保证在注册、接入及使用本服务的过程中，所提供的信息合法、真实、准确且最新。 You must ensure that all information submitted during registration, onboarding, and service use is lawful, truthful, accurate, and up to date.
2. 用户应妥善保管访问密钥、API 凭证等信息，因用户自身原因导致的损失由用户自行承担。 You are responsible for safeguarding access keys, API credentials, and similar information. Losses caused by your own acts or omissions are your sole responsibility.
3. 用户不得将本服务用于任何违法活动，包括但不限于：破坏、攻击或非法入侵区块链网络；传播恶意软件、钓鱼、诈骗或侵犯他人权益；违反中国大陆及用户所在国家或地区的相关法律法规。 You must not use the services for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: disrupting, attacking, or unlawfully accessing blockchain networks; distributing malware, phishing, or fraudulent content; or violating applicable laws in mainland China or your jurisdiction.
4. 平台有权在发现异常行为、违规访问或违反本条款的情况下，暂停或终止服务。 The Platform may suspend or terminate services if it detects abnormal activity, unauthorised access, or any breach of these Terms.

四、日志与数据留存 4. Logs & Data Retention

1. 为保障网络安全与服务稳定性，本平台会记录访问日志及性能数据，并依法保存 180 天。 To maintain network security and service stability, the Platform records access logs and performance data and retains them for 180 days in accordance with law.
2. 日志数据仅用于性能分析、安全审计及合规留存，不会包含或收集个人身份信息。 Log data is used exclusively for performance analysis, security auditing, and compliance retention, and does not contain personally identifiable information.
3. 平台将采取合理技术措施保障数据安全，防止未经授权的访问、披露或篡改。 The Platform employs reasonable technical measures to protect data security and prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, or tampering.

五、费用与结算 5. Fees & Billing

1. 平台部分服务按用量或定制方案计费，费用以网站公告或双方书面协议为准。 Certain services are billed by usage or under customised agreements. Pricing follows the rates published on the website or documented in written agreements.
2. 若用户超出约定使用量，系统将自动计算超额部分费用，并依据标准执行结算。 If usage exceeds the agreed limit, the system will calculate overage charges automatically and settle them according to the applicable schedule.
3. 平台保留调整服务价格及计费标准的权利，并将提前在官网公告。 The Platform reserves the right to adjust pricing and billing standards and will announce such changes on the official website in advance.

六、免责声明 6. Disclaimer

1. 平台将尽力保障服务的安全、稳定和持续可用，但不对因下列原因造成的损失承担责任：区块链底层网络故障、节点延迟、第三方服务中断；不可抗力事件；用户自身操作或系统安全问题。 We endeavour to keep the services secure, stable, and continuously available, but are not liable for losses arising from blockchain network failures, node latency, third-party outages, force majeure events, or issues caused by your own operations or security posture.
2. 平台不保证服务的特定用途适用性，也不对由使用结果产生的经济损失承担责任。 We make no warranty that the services will meet any particular purpose and assume no responsibility for economic losses resulting from their use.

七、知识产权 7. Intellectual Property

本平台的所有内容均受著作权法及相关法律保护，未经许可不得复制、修改、传播或用于商业用途。 All content on the Platform is protected by copyright and related laws. No part may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.

八、适用法律与争议解决 8. Governing Law & Disputes

1. 本条款适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律。 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (Mainland).
2. 因本条款或使用本服务引起的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任一方可向公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。 Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. Failing that, either party may file a claim with the competent people’s court where the company is located.

九、条款修改与生效 9. Changes & Effectiveness

1. 公司有权根据法律法规变化或业务调整更新本条款。 We may update these Terms to reflect legal or business changes.
2. 用户继续使用服务即视为同意修改后的条款。 Your continued use of the services signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
